Please take a few minutes to read the following terms & conditions:

• Lessons can be paid for at the time of booking through the secure website portal or on the day via card or cash. All lessons must be paid for in full by the completion of your booking.

• Clients are encouraged to arrive at the facility 5-10 minutes prior to the commencement time of the lesson. 

• The gift card and/or voucher must be presented on commencement of each lesson.

• All packages and gift card and/or vouchers are valid for three years only from date of purchase. (After remitting a gift voucher for a package of lessons, the packaged lessons are only valid for three years from the date of the gift voucher purchase).

• Gift cards, vouchers, packages & subscriptions are non-refundable.

• When a customer is experiencing extreme circumstances that prohibit him/her from taking their lesson/s or remitting a gift voucher before a validity period expires, the customer must (in order to apply for an extension) send an email outlining their circumstances with no less than 30 days-notice from the date of expiry. The letter of exceptional circumstances is an application only (not an assurance of extension) and will be considered by Matt Portelli – All Abilities Golf Coaching and advise will be given to the customer within 7 business days of receipt of the letter.

• Group sessions are not exclusive to any Instructor. Should the preferred teacher be unavailable it will be at the discretion of Management to replace this teacher, unless, a preferred teacher is advised by the customer.

• Subscription direct debits can be put on hold for up to three months. Requests must be made in writing via email no less than 7 business days prior to any future direct debit charge dates. 

• Banking of up to 3 subscription lesson sessions are also permitted. Notification must be made in writing via email no less than 7 days prior to the requested banked session(s).

• Subscription packages can be cancelled at any time by the customer. The request to cancel must be made in writing via email.

• A 24-hour period is required for cancellation of lessons. If you cancel within the 24-hour period your lesson payment or package/voucher credit will be forfeited. For any lessons that have not been pre- paid an invoice will be sent to the Client requesting full payment within 3 business days.

• If it is raining on the day of your lesson, please contact Matt Portelli – All Abilities Golf Coaching for advice on whether it is suitable for your lesson to proceed. 

• Once payment has been made for a specific group class, customers are registered to those particular dates and times. If a customer is unable to attend any of the dates, the customer will forfeit the class. There are no make-up classes for any group, adults or children. If the minimum class size is not met the duration of the class may be adjusted accordingly.
